About
With over 10 years experience in calling shows and collaborating with directors, and 3 years experience as a professional stage manager. Jessie is a multi-hyphenated London based theatre and film creative. As writer-director- actor in sketch comedy, plays and stand up, she has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and comedy clubs in Toronto, Liverpool and London. Her credits as director include the only off-west end production of Ink by James Graham (rights awarded with special permission) and her original play Bloodsucker (★★★★ - A transfusion of dark comedy). She was a recurring contributor to the Liverpool Revue from 2020-2023 as writer, performer and technician. In her free time she has shot short form video and stop motion film and was nominated as a National Youth Theatre Associate Member as of 2018 in both backstage and acting. Alongside, Jessie has Psychology Bsc Hons degree and was elected twice as Head of Backstage for the University of Liverpool Drama Society. When not in the theatre-film world, she practices comedy on the patrons of a boujee cinema in the role of a waitress.
